My husband and I have called Midtown home for 26 years and raised three kids while trying our best to cope with a 1905 era house in need of repairs. Many of my years on the Board have been spent on the Streetscape committee, working with neighbors to raise money and create projects to improve the sidewalks, trees, lighting and crosswalks. I also love working with other neighbors on Pocket Park projects and native plantings. I believe Midtown Brandywine is the best neighborhood in the city because we have built a community together; sharing meals, cleanups, and fun events. When I’m not at a board meeting, you'll find me strength training with clients, baking bread, or walking around the Brandywine.

Originally from the Midwest, Natasha moved to Midtown Brandywine in 2019. After 33 years teaching art, she now maintains an active studio practice in ceramics and 2D art, exhibiting nationally. She also ran a dog-walking business before relocating. Natasha brings creative energy and community spirit to the board.

Jeff has a long career in economic analysis and brings his passion for personal finance and real estate to the board. He moved to Midtown in 2014 and enjoys biking, beach trips, and walking his bulldog, Chloe.

Jason runs a web design firm and is the creator of the Midtown Monarch Monitors, a community butterfly-raising initiative. He’s a lifelong Wilmingtonian passionate about nature, grassroots community building, and neighborhood preservation.

Lucy has lived and rented in Midtown since 2024, where she tries to grow a diverse collection of plants. She owns and operates a native plant garden design business, Plant Lady Lucy, and works for the White Clay Watershed Association.
