Bylaws Updates 2026

Posted: March 31, 2026

The Governance Committee has completed a review and update of the Association’s bylaws. These updates focus on clarifying roles, improving how the Board and committees operate, and incorporating guiding principles that reflect our values as a neighborhood.

We are now submitting the revised bylaws for review by the broader neighborhood. Our goal is to ensure the document is clear, practical, and aligned with how the Association operates today.

We welcome feedback and look forward to discussing the updates ahead of a formal vote at the Annual Meeting.
